The Call of God on Your Life, Take the Right Path!
God has a call on each of our lives. He has a plan and a purpose for each one of us. He has assigned us something to do for Him while we are here on the earth.
He has called us, predestined us to speak forth and move in His plans and purposes. Whether or not we choose to follow His plans is up to us. We have a choice. He has given us a free will to decide what we will do and who we will serve.
Joshua 24:15, and if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."
He has called us to proclaim His love, mercy and grace. To proclaim His goodness, and share about Jesus, so others can be set free to walk in their purpose and plans for God in their lives.
You know as a child growing up, I didn’t realize God’s hand was upon my life. There were times He protected me in my ignorance and His angels were watching over me. I took the wrong road in life but He never gave up on me, than one day, I choose the right path and I never looked back. Yes, we have a destiny and God wants to use each and every one of us. But it’s up to us to choose to follow God.
Sometimes, life is hard and the enemy comes to tempt us, deceive us and to try and stop God’s plan for our lives; and if we are not careful, we end up going down the wrong road in life, following the devil’s lies and ending up with no direction in life. You see, God has a plan and the enemy has a plan. It’s up to us to seek God and follow His plans for our lives. The enemy’s plan is to destroy our lives and bring devastation, fear, condemnation and to deceive us any way he can. To stop us from seeking God and God’s plans for our lives.
It’s never too late to turn from the wrong road in life and make a right turn to God! God forgives, the enemy brings torment, and tries to make us feel there is no hope, that we’ve gone too far. The enemy is a lair and a deceiver! If you repent and ask God to forgive you, He will. He is a merciful, loving God. But we have to choose to let the past go! We have to choose to follow God! We have a choice to whom we will worship in this life. We only have one life to live, let’s choose to serve God and worship Him only.
Jeremiah 29:11-13, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.(New king James Version)
