Our enemy will come against our minds with thoughts of unforgiveness. The battlefield is in the mind! He comes to torment us with these thoughts and it's up to us to cast those thoughts and imaginations down! First we need to submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee! If the thoughts that are coming against our minds do not line up with the word of God, then resist it in Jesus Name! Choose to forgive others, as God has forgiven us. It's a choice we make! We might feel we have a right to be upset, and maybe we do, but the word of God says, to forgive others their trespasses as He has forgiven us! Sometimes it's not easy, but with the help of the Holy Spirit, we can make a CHOICE to forgive and let it go! That's the only way to VICTORY my friend. We can't hold on to unforgiveness and have peace in our minds and soul. Instead, let's pray for the person or people who have offended us! And watch God as He turns our sadness into joy! You see, the more we think about what that person said or did to us, the more we open up ourselves to the enemy! Than the next thing you know, anger sets in! Than a root of bitterness! Let's don't give the devil a foothold in our lives! Choose to submit to God, resist the devil, forgive others as God has given us. Let's pray for our enemies, and watch God turn our situation around and give us the VICTORY! Remember, the enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy! To divide families, marriages, friendships, brothers, sisters, etc. But God has given us a free will, to choose, what we will do or say! Choose to let it go and forgive! Choose to pray! Choose to trust in God and to walk in love! He forgive us, so we too must choose to forgive others! Do you want to live in Victory or Defeat? Peace or Torment? Make a choice today to live in Victory and Peace!
